The Swertia apartment house is located directly in the KLÍNOVEC SKI AREA at the entrance to lift E and in the immediate vicinity of the CineStar Express (B) and Suzuki (C) cable cars. We offer a total of 3 apartments: 2x four-bed, 1x five-bed. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave oven, a private bathroom, satellite TV and free internet.
Four- and five-bed apartments consist of two separate rooms. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (or three beds for a five-bed apartment) and a living room with a kitchenette and another two beds. The four-bed apartment has a sofa bed – 2 beds + two beds. There is a ski storage room, a bicycle storage room and a common room with a children’s corner. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation price. The entire building is non-smoking. Parking is available directly in front of the building and is excellently accessible even in winter, but winter tires are a must.

If payment is not made within the set deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled!

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the accommodation reservation before it starts, in which case the seller will charge the buyer a cancellation fee from the total price of the accommodation in the following amount:

The price does not include the tourist tax of 50 CZK per adult per night!
A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 per apartment is due before arrival according to the issued invoice. Any damage to the equipment of the Swertia apartment house will be deducted from the deposit. The building manager decides on the possible amount of deductions from the deposit. If everything is in order, the deposit is sent back to the account after the end of the stay.
Arrival is possible from 15:00.
The apartment must be left until 10:00.
The fee for a dog is 250 CZK per night.
