INFORMATION ON OPERATION
- Tickets for disabled persons can be purchased on presentation of a disabled person’s ID card
- When purchasing child and senior tickets, the age of the user must be proven
- 1 ride = 10 points. Point fares can be used throughout the summer season 2025
- The first time the ticket passes through the turnstile, it is devalued and linked to the holder’s person, making it non-transferable
- The operator reserves the right to exclude a ticket transferred to another person from operation without compensation
- Hourly and daily fares are valid on the day of purchase from the first pass through the turnstile for the number of hours purchased
- Multi-day fares are valid from the day of purchase for the number of days purchased
- Hourly, daily and multi-day fares cannot be purchased in advance at the ticket offices and are valid for the following days
- Complaints can only be made immediately after purchase with a valid ticket receipt, subsequent complaints will not be taken into account! All tickets are non-transferable!
