CATEGORY OF TRANSPORT
CHILD FREE: The category includes persons born in 2020 and younger who are transported free of charge and without a ticket.
CHILD: The category includes all persons born between 2011 and 2019. Age must be proven with a document, ID or anything similar!
ADULT: The category includes all persons born between 1964 and 2010.
SENIOR: The category includes all persons born in 1963 and older. Age must be proven with a document, ID or anything similar!
SEVERELY DISABLED CHILD: This category includes persons born in the years 2011 – 2019, who are transported free of charge. It is necessary to prove it with a document or a severely disabled ID card!
SEVERELY DISABLED ADULTS: This category includes persons born in 2010 or older, and are eligible for the senior price. They are transported at the price of a senior fare. It is necessary to prove it with a document or a severely disabled ID card!
  • Ticket offices are open 15 minutes before the opening hours of the transport facilities and close no later than 15 minutes after the closing time of the transport facilities. In the case of night skiing, the ticket office is open 30 minutes before the opening hours of the transport facilities and closes at 19:30.
  • Complaints can only be made immediately after purchase with a valid ticket receipt, subsequent complaints will not be taken into account! All tickets are non-transferable!
  • When purchasing child and senior tickets, the age of the user must be proven
  • Hourly, daily and night fares are valid on the day of purchase from the first pass through the turnstile for the number of hours purchased. Point fare can you use in whole winter season.
  • Hourly, daily and night fares cannot be purchased in advance at the ticket offices with validy for the following days.
  • Season tickets can be purchased in our online shop (tickets purchased as a reservation can be picked up from the first day of the winter season at all our ticket offices) or from the first day of the winter season in our office building at Loučná pod Klínovcem 207.
  • The first pass through the turnstile invalidates the ticket and binds it to the holder’s person, making it non-transferable. The operator reserves the right to exclude a ticket transferred to another person from operation without refund.

GROUP 15

CATEGORIES OF TRANSPORT USERS

49 . Group 15: Is a group of persons that consists of at least 15 members and requires the purchase of the same type of fare for all members of the group.

 

DISCOUNTED FARES – DISCOUNTS AND DISCOUNT CONDITIONS

60 . Group 15: They can use discounted fares according to the price list published on the seller’s website https://klinovec.cz/cenik/#skupina15.
– The discount can be applied throughout the winter season and is calculated on the standard price list.
– Discounts are available for hourly, single-day, multi-day and evening fares. The discount cannot be applied to single, point and season fares.
– Tickets are loaded onto chip cards with a refundable deposit of 50 CZK/piece. The buyer will pay the deposit on the chip card only when handing over the loaded chip cards.
– Fares can only be paid in cash or by credit card upon collection.
– Payment of tickets and refundable chip card deposits by credit card or in cash is made by one person for the entire group.
– The purchase of discounted fares for Group 15 can be made at all sales outlets of the seller.
– The discount cannot be applied to fares already discounted at the beginning and end of the winter season.
– In the case of payment of tickets in cash or by credit card for which a special tax document is required (over CZK 10,000), the request must be made before the tickets are printed. Later requests will not be taken into account.
